What is file?
Such place in which you can store some important matter is called file.
What is folder?
Folder is a place in which you can store different types of file.
What is icon?
Icon is a graphical symbols in which loaded a particular program.
What is desktop?
After booting first computer screen is called desktop.
What is booting?
Loading the operating system in computer memory is known as booting.
How to make folder on the desktop?

• Right click on the desktop and click on new /folder after clicking a folder will appear on your desktop. 
• Shift +Ctrl +N
• Press short cut key and make new folder in easy way.

How to rename it?

• Right click on the folder after clicking click on rename option and change the name of folder. 
• Select the folder and Press Short Cut key and by the help of arrow choose rename and press enter key.

How to delete it?

• Right click on the folder and click on delete option
• First of all, select the Folder and press delete button.

How to restore?

Open the Recycle Bin after opening right click on the required folder now click on restore option.

How to change the icon?

• Right click on the required icon
• Click on properties/customize
• Now click on change icon and choose appropriate icon
• And lastly click on apply /ok.

How to delete permanently?

First of all select the required file or folder after selection press shift+Del key after pressing press Enter key.

How to open any package quickly?

First of all, Right click on the any package and click on properties after clicking you will get a chart in this chart type appropriate short cut key related package after that click on Apply/Ok.

How to insert any file in a particular folder?

There are two methods through which you can inserted any file in a folder— 

1st method:-

• Make a Folder on the desktop
• Rename it
• Open any old file
• Press F12
• Click on desktop
• Choose folder
• Click on open/save.

2nd Method:-

• Open any file after that press F12
• Click on my document or choose any drive / create new folder
• Now type any folder’s name and click on Open/save.

How to compress any Folder?

• Right click on the required folder
• Click on send to/compressed folder

How to change desktop background?

• Right click on the desktop
• Click on Personalize /desktop Background
• Click on Browse /Icon of computer now choose Drive /Folder/Image now click on Save change.

How to change the color of title bar and task bar?

• First of all, right click on desktop and click on personalize
• Now click on window color
• Choose any one color from given list
• Adjust the color intensity
• Now click on save change.

How to set screen saver?

• Right click on the desktop
• Click on personalize after that click on screen saver
• A chart will display in this chart choose any one screen saver from the given list  
• Click on apply/ok.

How to hide any folder?

• Right click on the folder
• Click on properties
• Now click on hidden /ok.
• Now open the control panel
• Click on folder option
• Click on view / don’t show hidden files, folders or drives/ apply /ok.

How to make short cut icon on desktop?

• Click on start menu/All program
• Right click on the required package and click on send to /desktop.

First of all Click on start/All program after clicking click on Accessories /Calculator. 

You use following symbol in thecalculation:-

• Click on start menu

Press windows +R and type % temp % and press enter key.
